A man by the name of Joseph Smith went outside of his house to pray.
He claims to have been visited by Jesus during his prayer time and given gold plates that inspired him to write the Book of Mormon
Smith along with his close associate Oliver Cowdery started baptising followers in the midlle of 1829.
This led to the organisation of the church in 1930 labeled the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
The main church is presently located in Salt Lake City, Utah
Belief
At first the gods were humans just like us, but now they rule their own planet.
On one planet, a god and his goddess crapped out a baby named Elohim (aka “spirit child”)
Through obedience to Mormon teachings, death and resurrection, the “spirit child” proved himself worthy of godhood
Elohim “spirit child” is known as the Mormon's heavenly father who lives with his MANY wives and has endless sex to produce millions of spirit babies!! Whoopeeeee!!!!
To decide the destiny of these children, the gods of Mormonism called a heavenly meeting.
Early prophets taught that Elohim and one of his goddess wives came to Earth as Adam and Eve to start the human race.
Both of Elohims oldest sons, Lucifer and Jesus, were at this meeting.
As a result, Earth was created for the spirit babies to take on mortal bodies and learn good from evil.
Those who were neutral in the battle were cursed with black skin. The people that fought against Lucifer were born with light colored skin into Mormon families on planet Earth.
Lucifer said that all the babies should go straight to being gods and take all the credit for the idea (AKA the savior of the world).
However Jesus said that the babies should have the freedom of choice as on other planets. The vote that followed supported Jesus’ proposal.
Lucifer rebelled and took 1/3 of the spirits destined for Earth. As a result, Lucifer became the devil and his followers became his demons. Because of Lucifer and his follower's rebelling, they were denied bodies of flesh and bone.
Thousands of years later, Elohim came to Earth in the human form and made love with the Virgin Mary in order to provide Jesus with a human body.
After Jesus progressed to adulthood, he had three wives: Mary, Martha, and Mary Magdalene. Through these women, several children were born and Jesus fathered these children until he was crucified.
After his resurrection, he “flew” to the Americas to preach to the Indians who were considered Israeli Israelites. Thus then Jesus established a church of Mormonism in the Americas. As the Indians took over the land, the last living Nephrite hid the Golden Tablets of Mormonism in the hill of today’s New York.
1400 hundred years later, a man named Joseph Smith claimed to have uncovered these Golden Tablets. Now, he is considered a prophet because he claimed to have had visions from the spirit world to establish the Mormon Church and write the Mormon doctrines.
